With COVID, the shipment got super delayed and I didn't get the item for another month or two - the seller was very understanding and we worked out a date to check back in. When I did and didn't have the item, I asked for a refund and they issued it immediately. Eventually the item did arrive, so I reached out to arrange payment and, unprompted, they offered me a coupon code for the trouble. It was very very generous
