Shipping Outside the U.S.

Orders from outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled through our standard shipping process. However, we may be able to arrange manual shipping from the U.S. on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

  • Shipping is charged at standard retail carrier rates, which are often over $100 USD, depending on the destination, package size, and weight.
  • Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other local charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We’ll calculate the shipping cost and provide a quote before you decide whether to proceed with your order.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). We will select the most efficient shipping method at the time of your order.

Delivery Times

    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.
    • (In rare cases, fulfillment may take up to 10 business days, depending on the warehouse and item availability.)
  • Delivery Time
    • Domestic (U.S.): Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
    • International: Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping.
  • Pre-Order Items: Shipping times vary. Estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
  • Back-Order Items: Please allow 2–4 weeks for restocking and processing, plus standard delivery time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery destination.

Duties, Customs, and International Charges

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees that may apply when the package arrives in their country.

For returns, customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage charges incurred when the package is sent back to Kinkista.

Refunds for returned items will not be issued unless all applicable charges have been fully covered.
