- Domestic (U.S.): Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days after shipping.
- Pre-Order Items: Shipping times vary. Estimated delivery dates will be shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout.
- Back-Order Items: Please allow 2–4 weeks for restocking and processing, plus standard delivery time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery destination.
Duties, Customs, and International Charges
Kinkista covers all duties, customs fees, tariffs, and carrier brokerage fees for international shipments. You will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
For returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any duties, customs fees, tariffs, or brokerage charges incurred when the package is sent back.
Refunds will not be issued for returned items unless all applicable return charges have been fully covered.
