No Returns on Intimate Products
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our customers.
Please review your selections carefully before placing an order, as returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they enter fulfillment, typically within 24 hours of purchase.
If an order is canceled after it has been processed or packed by us or our third-party logistics partner, a $10–$15 processing fee will apply, as fulfillment and handling costs have already been incurred and are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final after shipment. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, in order to maintain product safety and hygiene standards.

Defective Item Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
- A Return Authorization is required before sending any item back.
- If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will replace it with the same product at no additional cost.
