Defective Item Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
- We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
- A Return Authorization is required before sending anything back.
- Items found to be in proper working condition will be returned to you.
